At The Mount, we are very proud to work with our team of passionate, professional people, who strive to be the best at what they do. Starting with just 3 members, we have developed a great team who specialise in areas such as long hair, weddings and colour corrections, and who take the time to listen to your likes, dislikes and needs. Many of them are home-grown, having trained at The Mount.

Salon Owner / Salon Director

Alison understands that choosing the right salon is a hard decision and will do her utmost to listen, make time and ask the right questions to make your visit enjoyable. Away from The Mount, she is also a Creative Director for MoroccanOil.

Carly

Salon Owner / Reception Manager

Carly may not be a hairdresser, but she loves salon life and working with the creative team at The Mount. She has a passion for customer service and welcomes any feedback about your salon experience.

Kellie

Level 8

Senior Creative Director

Kellie is passionate about colouring, cutting and delivering the best customer service for her clients. She has been at The Mount since our opening and is highly experienced in all areas as well as being a senior member of our wedding team.

Eleanor

Creative Director

Eleanor strives to always offer a professional service to help you solve your hair problems, and to offer take-home advice to help you maintain your new style. As an in-house trainer Eleanor applies her meticulous eye to helping develop our future professionals.

A stylist for over 20 years, Callie is committed to offering her guests advice and recommendations on choosing a style that will suit their hair. She is a salon ambassador for Moroccanoil.

Lauren is an experienced, calming stylist who always has an eye on the latest trends and will interpret how to make these work for you.

Senior Designer

Experienced Jodie aims to make her guests feel welcome and relaxed, and people often comment on the happy salon atmosphere she creates.

Designer

All-rounder Jess is equally at home with both cutting and colouring services. She is friendly and communicates well with all ages. She also helps to curate our social media pages.

Senior Stylist

Sophie will do her utmost to ensure you are happy with your hair, and that you have everything you need to have a great salon experience.

Stylist

Freya has completed her NVQ level 2 and advanced level 3 hairdressing qualifications. She is passionate about fashion and the latest styles for both clothes and hair.

Millie passed her NVQ hairdressing qualifications with flying colours and is loving meeting new clients for both colouring and cutting services.

Elinor

Level 1

Graduate Stylist

Elinor enjoys giving her guests a confidence boost by making them feel great about their hair. She loves using the latest colouring techniques and is a busy member of our hair up styling team.

Future Professional

After gaining an extended BTEC diploma in media make up, Asha is now looking forward to exploring a new area of the fashion industry as she starts her career in hairdressing.
